Marine Mechanic – Dodd RV & Marine

Dodd RV & Marine has opened our new location in Yorktown, VA, and we are looking to add an experienced Marine Mechanic to our growing team.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose, repair, and maintain marine engines, electrical systems, and related equipment.
Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections on boats and marine systems.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
Accurately document diagnostic results, repair recommendations, and completed work.
Ensure a safe and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

Prior experience as a marine mechanic or technician.
Strong knowledge of marine engines (inboard, outboard, stern drive) and related systems.
Ability to diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical issues.
Dependable, hardworking, and able to work independently and with a team.
