About Us:

Queens Road RV Park is a locally managed RV park that takes pride in providing a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our residents and guests. We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Park Manager to oversee daily operations, maintain park grounds, and ensure a positive experience for everyone at our property.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the RV park office, including resident/guest communications, rent collection, and basic record keeping.
Perform housekeeping duties for shared park facilities (such as laundry rooms, bathrooms, and common areas).
Handle groundskeeping tasks, including mowing, landscaping, trash pickup, and ensuring the park remains clean and well-kept.
Enforce park rules respectfully and fairly to maintain a safe and orderly environment.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and maintenance staff when needed.
Provide excellent customer service to residents and visitors.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or a similar role preferred, but not required.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to perform physical tasks such as cleaning, lifting, and grounds maintenance.
Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently.
Basic computer and office skills.

Pay: $38,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
