We are a fourth-generation, family-run farm in Joplin, MT. We handle approximately 15 different types of commodities and offer custom hauling, spraying, and cutting services. We’re looking for a reliable, hard-working individual to join our team and become a part of our family operation.
About the Role:
This is a hands-on role working across all aspects of our grain and pulse crop farming operation. You’ll assist with field work, machinery operation, equipment maintenance, and general farm duties. We're looking for a dependable, motivated, individual to join our team and help keep our operation running smoothly. Experience in all aspects is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person who brings a strong work ethic and a willingness to listen and learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating farm machinery (tractors, sprayers, combines, etc.)
- Assisting with seeding, spraying, mechanical, harvesting, and post-harvest tasks
- Maintenance and repairs of equipment and facilities
- Hauling grain, operating semis, augers, conveyors, etc.
- Supporting general farm operations as needed
Qualifications:
- Farming and mechanical experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus but not required)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Self-motivated
- Willingness to work long hours during peak seasons (harvest and seeding)
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 80 per week
