Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated RV Technician to join our Lightnin' RV family! We are a locally-owned and operated dealership for more than 20 years. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background and experience in repairing and maintaining recreational vehicles. This role requires a hands-on approach to diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring that all RVs meet safety and performance standards. The RV Technician will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with other technicians to deliver high-quality service to our customers.
Duties
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in RVs, electrical, plumbing, etc
- Perform maintenance tasks using various tools and equipment.
- Conduct inspections of RVs to identify necessary repairs or maintenance needs.
- Assist with heavy lifting of equipment and parts as needed during repair processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to quality standards.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in rv repair preferred.
- Proficiency in using power tools and diagnostic equipment related to RV maintenance.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks associated with equipment repair.
- Familiarity with dealership operations is advantageous but not required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
