What You’ll Do
As a Journeyman or Master Electrician at Ray’s, you’ll be in the field every day, working on projects that make an impact. You will:
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems on commercial, industrial, government, and residential projects
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Work with low-voltage and control systems when needed
- Collaborate with mechanical, excavation, and general contracting teams
- Mentor apprentices and support a culture of safety and quality
- Perform inspections and keep systems running reliably
Projects You’ll Be Proud Of
Our electricians take on unique, varied work, not the same install every week:
- Full RV campground development at Jericho Mountain State Park
- Industrial facility upgrades for production and processing
- Agricultural greenhouse systems with automation
- Full bridge replacements, including electrical and civil scope
Who We’re Looking For
- Licensed Journeyman or Master Electrician (NH required; ME/VT a plus)
- 3+ years of field experience across commercial, industrial, or residential work
- Strong knowledge of code, installation, and troubleshooting standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
- Strong communication skills and commitment to safety
- Interest in learning and developing new skills

Schedule & Location
- Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
- Occasional overtime based on project needs
- Work Location: Berlin, NH (in-person, must relocate before starting if not local)
- Travel: ~25% for project sites
