Are you passionate about the RV lifestyle and skilled in hands-on mechanical and electrical work? We’re looking for a reliable, experienced, and motivated RV Writer/Technician to join our growing team!
What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose and repair RV systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, propane, and appliances
- Perform general maintenance, roof and bodywork, slide-out repairs, and upgrades
- Conduct pre-delivery inspections and ensure all systems are functioning properly
- Communicate clearly with customers and sales department about repairs and maintenance
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety protocols
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as an RV Technician or similar trade (automotive, HVAC, plumbing, etc.)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- RVDA/RVIA certification is a plus (but not required – we can help you get certified!)
