What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist customers, providing an exceptional buying experience from start to finish.
- Conduct engaging RV walkthroughs and highlight key features, layouts, and benefits.
- Manage leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Negotiate and close deals while promoting financing, warranties, and accessories.
- Collaborate with your team to support dealership events, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
- Create fun, authentic content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube to promote Patterson RV, highlight customer stories, and drive engagement.
Who You Are

- Experienced in retail, sales, or customer service — or ready to learn with our full training program.
