We’re seeking an experienced RV Park Manager to lead operations at Cameron Park, a 500-site, long-term workforce RV community. This role oversees all aspects of park management—operations, staff, maintenance, resident relations, and financial performance—ensuring a safe, clean, and well-run community for our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations, occupancy, and rent collection.
- Supervise and schedule park staff, promoting teamwork and accountability.
- Oversee maintenance, safety, and vendor coordination.
- Enforce park policies and maintain strong resident relations.
- Support budgeting, expense control, and reporting.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience managing an RV park, campground, or similar property.
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
- Hands-on approach and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with property management and office software.
- Flexible schedule, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.
