Duties
- Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Working in QuickBooks daily. Invoicing and receiving payments, quotes and accounts payable.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses to inquiries. Check and answer all phone messages
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Enforce - Maintain office/campsite/storage policies and procedures.
- Collect and update all documents and signatures needed for storage and campsites
- Provide customer support by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism in all communications.
- Support office management activities by maintaining/ordering supplies inventory and organizing the workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and workflow.
Qualifications
- QuickBooks proficiency
- Previous experience as receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred but not required.
- Cash Handling required
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient/Intermediate skills in computer literacy, including familiarity with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer support and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management practices is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
