LMRV is currently hiring for a Recon Service Advisor for our growing team. The ideal candidate has excellent service abilities and is highly organized.
- Field phones calls / emails from sales and service inquiring about service/stock units.
- Communicates with other departments and team members to coordinate repairs; timeline updates and ordering parts
- Follows up with technician and communicates all follow up repairs.
- Organizes appointment schedule to optimize technician routes.
- Heavy data entry and other administrative tasks.
- Creates work orders for new and used inventory for Pre delivery Inspection.
- Inspects new and used units "RV's" coming in from the factory and sales lot for Pre delivery inspection.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-430pm
Qualifications
- Pre-employment screenings including background and drug test
- RV knowledge is preferred, not required
- Intermediate computer literacy
- Knowledge of ERA Ignite, not required
