Primary Objective of Position: Safely pick, pack, and prepare parts for shipping and receive parts or material and transport them to the proper location.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Coordinates the shipment of all parts products, materials, and supplies ordered through the parts department.
- Unloads and examines incoming shipments, rejecting damaged items, and recording shortages.
- Maintains required receiving and shipping records in the designated documents or computer systems.
- Assembles containers and crates using the proper tools, and selects the appropriate spacers, fillers, and protective padding.
- Packs proper items into containers and secures them with the proper shipping labels.
- Loads shipments onto freight truck in a safe manner using the proper tools.
- Maintains a clean and organized work environment.
- Practices any and all safety measures necessary
- Assist the Small Package Shipper and Receiver when needed
- Participates in required off-site events such as the annual owner’s rally as requested.
- Takes responsibility for supporting other parts shipping/pulling team functions, projects and administrative tasks as required.

Education & Experience
- High school diploma.
- Experience in warehouse shipping role preferred.
- Experience operating a forklift preferred.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office especially Excel and Outlook.
