About the Role
This role can be based in either Eden Prairie, MN or Nappanee, IN and will be reporting directly to the Group President, Newmar & Winnebago Motorized, who also has responsibility for enterprise strategy. The Enterprise Strategy Senior Manager plays a critical role in shaping and driving the strategic direction of the organization. This position collaborates with senior leaders across the organization to identify growth opportunities, optimize performance, and ensure alignment with long-term enterprise goals. With a blend of strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and strong stakeholder engagement, this role will act as a bridge between corporate strategy and divisional execution, ensuring alignment with the strategic and financial priorities. This is a versatile leader who can effectively function as a translator and accelerator — turning market signals, competitive intelligence, and internal ideas into executable business plans.
Corporate Strategy & Planning Responsibilities
- Partner with executive leadership to define and refine enterprise and functional strategies, including long-term vision, strategic priorities, and transformation initiatives.
- Lead and facilitate strategic planning processes and workshops across business units and functions to ensure alignment and execution.
- Provide thought leadership and insights to support decision-making at the executive level.
- Act as a trusted advisor to executive leaders, helping translate strategy into actionable plans.
- Support follow-up conversations with business unit leaders and stakeholders to influence business unit level strategies and priorities.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insight gathering to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with functional leads to integrate growth initiatives into ongoing workstreams, using stage-gate or agile approaches to pilot and scale without overloading core teams.
- Support the development of business cases for new initiatives, including financial modeling and ROI projections.
- Assist in piloting and scaling new initiatives using agile or stage-gate methodologies.
- Design, test, and refine new revenue streams — from new product categories to service subscriptions to partnership-based offerings.
- Establish clear metrics and dashboards to track progress, measure ROI, and communicate wins to the division leadership team.
About You

- 7-9 years of experience including management consulting or corporate strategy.
- An undergraduate degree required in business, economics or related field; an MBA or similar advanced degree is also required.
- Proven track record of leading and developing enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and facilitating or contributing to enterprise-wide strategic planning cycles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience and deep understanding of financial modeling and business case development, with the ability to evaluate financial implications of strategic decisions.
- Exposure to AI, digital tools, or innovation projects is a plus.
- Collaborative approach with demonstrated ability to build strong relationships within internal and external partners.
- Ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels in the organization
- Expert in program and project management, including a demonstrated ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize projects.
- Exceptional written verbal communication skills and ability to present information in a compelling way to a variety of stakeholders

This posting includes a range of the salary across a geographical market. The base pay for this position ranges from $150,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $190,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Dependent on the position other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
