Job Description:
We are seeking diligent, self-motivated, and dedicated individuals to join our team as a member of the Campground Construction team. As a Construction Team Member, you will play an essential role in ensuring our park has the best amenities & activities to serve our guests from check-in to check-out. You’ll assist with all construction & projects at the campground, including construction of new cabins, adding amenities such as a putting green & disc golf course, and building site covers and premium RV sites. If you like working with your hands, this may be the role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Construction: Building, leveling, digging, interior finish-outs, premium sites, etc.
- Other Duties: Supporting the KOA Staff & other Team Members as assigned.
- Safety and Security: Ensure a safe environment for guests by monitoring the campground and reporting any maintenance or safety concerns.
Qualifications:
Team Collaboration: Work with other staff members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and contribute to a positive, team-oriented atmosphere.
Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in construction & hospitality is a plus.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with team members in a positive way.
Team Player: Ability to work well with others in a collaborative environment.
Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, grounds work, standing for long periods, event production, and outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
Must be able to pass a background check.
