Opportunity and position information:
We are seeking a customer driven RV Technician to join our Bayer Family!
Must satisfy service concerns of all customers, ensure that service is performed at the highest level. As with all positions within our dealership, service technicians are expected to uphold the highest ethical standards.
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair RV plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, HVAC, and other interior components
- Perform pre-delivery inspections and prepare new units for customers
- Provide cost estimates for repairs and maintenance
- Assist in maintaining parts and supplies inventory
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, battery checks, and tire rotations
- Communicate with customers to understand their RV issues and needs
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Adhere to dealership policies and procedures
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Two to three years’ experience in RV service

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
